Walking Barefoot with Five Fingers

I love walking. Not to mention that  it helps improve our blood circulation. But as much as I love doing it, I don't have much time to spare on a daily basis. But I always find an alternative to suffice my bodily needs to at least stretch some muscles. Instead of using the elevators, I walk through the stairs. While commuting back home from office, I walk some distance instead of dropping in front of our doorsteps.

I happen to stumble upon this new footwear called Vibram Five Fingers. This latest technology of footwear gave us the comfort of walking or running on barefoot. Best for River Trekking, Mountain Climbing, Casual Walking or whatever you can think of. These stuff just actually landed the Philippine soil.
